We are pleased to announce a number of promotions across our firm, recognising individuals who demonstrate outstanding technical expertise, leadership and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Congratulations to our recent promotions:

Megan has built a strong reputation working closely with large family groups and contributing to the growth of our family office offering. She has also led several significant firm initiatives, including the implementation of FYI Elite and Active Workpapers. Her leadership, technical strength and focus on innovation continue to deliver meaningful impact across the firm.

Eliza Sims’ progression from graduate to Director in under eight years reflects her exceptional drive, capability and commitment to continuous improvement. She is known for developing deep technical expertise, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes across complex matters and projects. Her professionalism, energy and ability to navigate complexity make her a highly valued member of the leadership team.

Congratulations to Sonia Villano on her promotion to Senior Manager. Sonia has been with the firm since 2012 and is a highly respected member of the team. She continues to take on increased responsibility while delivering strong outcomes and supporting the development of others. Her professionalism, work ethic and commitment to client service make her an important contributor to the firm.

Matthew Capewell-Jones has played a key role across complex engagements, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes. He has also been recognised across the Nexia network, including receiving a national Impact Award and completing the Nexia Next Leaders program. Calm under pressure and collaborative in his approach, Matthew is highly regarded by both clients and colleagues.

Congratulations to Nik Hales on his promotion to Manager. Since stepping into an Assistant Manager role, Nik has developed as a leader by mentoring junior staff and strengthening client relationships. He brings strong technical capability across tax and communicates clearly and effectively with both clients and colleagues.

Congratulations to Jarryd Mitchell on his promotion to Manager. A valued member of the Superannuation team, Jarryd has been with the firm for over five years and manages a portfolio of high-wealth clients, advising on complex superannuation matters. His technical expertise and ability to build trusted relationships continue to add significant value to clients and the firm.

Anne Nguyen plays a key role across a broad range of engagements and oversees a significant portfolio of superannuation fund audits. Her work reflects the depth of her experience and her ability to manage complex matters effectively. Anne is known for her attention to detail, responsiveness and delivery of consistently high-quality outcomes.
